household names over the years, arranging their events.

British Telecom AGMs for 1000
people each, organising the
accommodation and catering
for the Board members,
support staff and crew in
venues ranging from
Edinburgh to Cardiff and
Andrew Wood, their

Various other BT events including a Procurement conference at the
Birmingham Hilton Metropole for 500 staff who all stayed overnight, an
internal 24 hour conference hosted by Sir Christopher Bland and Ben
Verwaayen at the London Hilton Paddington where Pippa booked the
Master Sommelier Henri Chapon to lead a wine tasting, chef and
Masterchef judge Marcus Wareing to cook and Rory Bremner to entertain.

offering and unusual
‘theatre in the round’
presentation for 500
followed by an elite
CEO dinner at the
Crowne Plaza
Docklands for 120.
Stiefel Laboratories, famous
for producing Oilatum, held
their annual residential
conference either in the UK
or Europe. This was their
venue in Sorrento, Italy.
Pippa linked up with a local
specialist Destination
Management Company who
helped find restaurants for
a ‘dine-around’ evening.
They also sponsored a
different visiting professor
who travelled around the
UK; it was fun choosing their
hotels and venues according
to their specific needs and

They were the first major
conference at the new
Wembley Stadium with two
site visits being in hard hats!
Regent Seven Seas road
show of six venues in the
South of England to raise
awareness of their new
cruise ship, Seven Seas
Explorer. Invitees were
travel agents and private
customers. We also
organised their training
sessions and prestigious
afternoon teas.
They particularly loved
the fact that Philip was
always there ahead of the
event to prepare the
venue ready for them and
fitted into their teams so

GE UK Sales Forum at the London Hilton Paddington
for 150 delegates, with on site event management
including delegate registration.
The charity Hope and Homes
for Children Supporters
Conference and exhibition was
held at a school in Wiltshire on
a Saturday as they wanted an
inexpensive venue. This
worked well, as the variety of
school rooms suited the main
conference with its breakout
sessions and exhibition.
The school’s theatre was used
for the plenary, the main hall
for the exhibition and
classrooms for syndicates.
Caterers were brought in for
lunch and refreshments and
there was ample free parking
Twelve years of organising the
International Society of
Pharmaceutical Engineers
Annual conference and
exhibition for 180 people
during the day and the
Awards Dinner for 500 that
evening. This covered all
venue liaison, booking of
speakers, delegate
registration, payments, on site
event management and
feedback to client.

The bride wanted to be married in
her family church and requested we
find a venue close by. We were able
to advise her menu choice at a
tasting, work with the venue to
decorate the rooms and made sure
that all the elements of their
important day were covered.

Wedding anniversary lunch for Mr and Mrs Norris
The Queens’ congratulations card was prominent on
the table which was strewn with diamonds, individual
flower corsages, beautiful menus and place cards. All
dietary requirements had been catered for and wines
chosen to complement the lunch.
They were able to relax and enjoy their celebration
without worry.
birthday afternoon tea
at Brandon Hall, Coventry.
Albert wanted to celebrate
his birthday with his family,
some of whom he hadn’t seen
in quite a while and we
arranged an afternoon tea
celebration with loads of
pots of tea, scones,
sandwiches and other treats.
This meant that no-one was
out late, which suited the
older generation and the
younger ones loved
experiencing the modern
trend of afternoon tea.
